Sons of Primrose series Book Two is set to release in two weeks and I could not be more excited to share this story. This story was inspired by a bucket list trip to a famous movie set in Iowa, Field of Dreams, two years ago for my husband's 50th birthday. The story and characters were already living in my head but hadn't found their magic yet until I set foot on that field. Not until I watched my husband live his dream of playing catch with our son on the same field Kevin Costner's character played with his father. This story is special in so many ways but more over it is a reflection on self care. About following your dreams and finding your place in this world and when you do, how it can open your heart. Get ready to laugh, cry and fall in love with this heart warming love story!
Will their love strike out or will they hit a homerun?
If you were to describe Drew Isley the words trustworthy, dependable and selfless always came to mind. As a volunteer firefighter and everyone’s go-to guy, Drew gave everything he had to friends, family and his community, never asking anything in return. With unfulfilled aspirations and a string of failed relationships, he was continuously left asking why he was forever the “inbetweener” and never the one, despite being considered the catch of the town. Leaving him to wonder if his dream of settling down would ever come true.
Determined to give her special needs son every opportunity, divorced single mother Zora Aetos moves to Primrose hoping for a fresh start. A place where her son could thrive, she could heal from the pain of rejection from her past marriage and perhaps find herself again. What she finds is so much more than she anticipated when she meets the handsome and charming Drew, who not only wants to be part of her life but instantly adores her son.
Starting a passionate love affair, Drew and Zo are quickly thrown into a tornado of desire and domesticity. Falling fast, Drew starts dreaming about their future, while Zo is conflicted, seeing what he can’t see; the reason all his relationships have failed. Leaving her to question if their connection can go the distance and if a lifetime of love with Drew is possible. Will the love they found together strike out or will they hit the illusive homerun?
Going the distance is a poignant reflection on relationships, self-care and the importance of following your dreams to open your heart to all the abundance life has to offer.
GOING THE DISTANCE is currently available for pre-order on my website. Available in e-book, paperback and as a special edition with foil details and hand sprayed edges!

A CHRISTMAS STORY MADE FOR YOU!
KICKSTARTER - HAVE YOURSELF A PRAIRIE LITTLE CHRISTMAS
I am excited to announce that Serenade Publishing is about to launch the very first Kickstarter campaign, my NEW Christmas novel, Have Yourself A Prairie Little Christmas!
The project page is now live on Kickstarter, and you can click the "Notify Me On Launch" if you would like to support it. (click the button below.)
How Kickstarter works: Instead of buying a finished book off a shelf, you're pledging support to help bring this special edition to life — and in return, you get access to extras (foiling, sprayed edges, exclusive fan art, the bonus novella) that will never be available anywhere else. You won't be charged the moment you pledge — your card is only charged if the campaign reaches its funding goal by the deadline. If we don't hit the goal, you pay nothing at all. Once funded, the book goes into production, so it'll take a little longer to arrive than an online order — but you'll be one of the first to hold it, and you'll have helped make it happen.
I hope you will follow me on my socials for updates! This is going to be exciting!
A TOUCH OF GAELIC MAGIC COMES TO PRIMROSE
Book eleven in the Primrose Series is out in the world and the response has been amazing!
This story combines Gaelic magic and small town Manitoba charm and was so much fun to write! Sweet and very steamy, there is no question you will fall in love with my big burly Scottish Bison farmer! Get your copy of Prairie Nights through Amazon Worldwide, Kindle, Kobo, Google, Apple and through my website tanyareneeromance.com
As a writer whenever I start a new story, I pray to the bookish gods that you can do justice to the story and characters that are living in my head. I self admittedly am a pantser when it comes to telling my tales but somehow someway they always land the way I want them to. That without question happened with my latest manuscript which I proudly handed over to my editor this past weekend. The second book in a new series set to release next year this book was a pure joy to write. With characters with vivid quirky characters and a big old cinnamon roll MMC I know this one will be a fun read!
So what's next? August is all about completing projects. I have book 15 in the Primrose Series to complete and a Christmas novel for 2027 that I want to finish. Then its onto the final two books in the Primrose Series. I am self admittedly a little sad but can't wait to give this series the epic ending it deserves.
Happy Reading!
