All physical orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery on physical orders. As many items are signed or specially finished, processing times may be longer than standard retail orders.
When purchased, our trusted Ebook & Audiobook distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your book.
If you have any issues accessing your purchased book or do not receive a download email, please visit https://bookfunnel.com/help/.
Yes. Pre-orders may take longer depending on release dates and production schedules. Estimated timeframes will always be listed on the product page.

All books by Sarah Williams are hand-signed. Books by other Serenade Publishing authors will include a signed bookplate.
All orders are carefully packed to ensure your books arrive safely, especially special editions and hardbacks.
While we aim to meet stated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to postal services or peak periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Due to the personalised nature of our products — including signed books, bookplates, and special editions — we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Pre-orders can only be cancelled before processing begins. Once a preorder has entered production or signing, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update your details. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
