At Serenade Publishing, we take great care in preparing and packing every order. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)
Due to their digital nature, all ebook and audiobook purchases are non-refundable. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Change of Mind
Due to the personalised nature of our products — including signed books, bookplates, preorders, and special or limited editions — we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage

Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Pre-orders
Preorders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Once an item has entered production, signing, or packing, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — changes may be possible prior to dispatch.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
