April is upon us and Tanya Renee Romance is hitting the road! My husband and I leave in a week for a three day road trip to Windsor, Ontario for the Rose City Romance Conference! This conference features over 90 incredible authors from Canada and the US. Many authors whom I have followed and have inspired my journey as an author over the past three years. Resilient authors who will be sharing their experiences in dynamic workshops. There are incredible vendors attending, everyone from marketing professionals to independent bookstores to cover artists. You can even go to Ink Alley where you can get a tattoo to commemorate the event and as a audiobook lover I am excited to meet some incredible voices. But of course the part of this event I am most excited about is the opportunity to meet new readers! Look for me by the entrance (booth #17) on Good Girl Lane!

March was a productive month. I finished the first draft for the first novel in a new series set to release March 2027 and completed the first series of rewrites. Currently it is in edit as I like to let a story ruminate for a few weeks before doing the final rewrites so in the meantime I have started the 15th novel in the Primrose series! A rivals to lovers story, that is filled with fiery tension. So much fun to write!
